Wait Time
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd provides up to 45 minutes of free wait time (up to 60 minutes of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for International arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) of your plane landing we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

For hotel pickups 15 minutes free wait time is provided.

No-Show Policy
On all reservations you will be considered a no-show after the free wait time has elapsed. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd by phone.

Change Policy
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to scheduled service time (at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service time for events). If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

Vehicle Request Policy
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client’s reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary by MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd .

Rates & Billing
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Extra hours are billed for the number of hours above that you ordered the vehicle in 1 hour increments. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.

MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd rates are inclusive of taxes but not any gratuity. If you feel would like to provide a gratuity it is at your sole discretion.

Surcharges
All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to: road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed at cost to the client.

Payment Methods
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd accepts Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, China Associates Bank. All charges are billed to your credit card account. Payment via cash, wire transfer or PayPal is by arrangement. For payment in cash (MYR, USD and Euros only), prior notice is necessary. Change will be given in local currency only.

Affiliate Service Policy
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd utilizes, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.

Vehicle Images
Vehicle Images listed on the MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd Websites may differ from the actual vehicle; all MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd Affiliated vehicles are latest models and well maintained.

Lost or Damaged Items
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd and its Affiliates are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd Affiliates and their Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays etc.

TT or BANK-IN ( Cheque / Cash )
Once reservations have been confirmed , we will provide you our company bank account enabling you to bank-in to our company account and email us the bank-in-slip for reference . TT Bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
Payment is required to secure a RESERVATION

CREDIT CARD – ( Visa or Master card Only )
You can pay with your credit card using our credit card payment system. A Bank Charges of 3.5% Will be levied for ALL Payment via credit card.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
There would be no refunds for cancellation after commencement Of tour or any other services provided not utilized. Any Agreed refunds will not cover Lost Of foreign exchange rate differences, bank charges .

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Customers to ensure own TRAVEL documents is in Good Order before Travel

FORCE MAJEURE
WE shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the rates, route, timetable, itinerary in respect of the product or service due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

LIABILITY
The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.

CANCELLATION CHARGE *
14 days or more – 50%
13 days or less – 75%
On Or After Traveling date – 100%
– The handling charges incurred on bookings are non-refundable.

POSSIBLE CHANGES
It is possible that due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that itinerary or routings could be changed. The company will substitute arrangements of the similar standard, should it occur. However no refunds will be available.

TOUR / PACKAGE FARE EXCLUDES
Excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers and escorts and all other items of a personal nature; and optional tours. Tips for drivers and guides. Admission fees are excluded unless otherwise stated.

PRICING & SERVICE CHARGES
All Transportation and package rates stated in the website is subject to 6% government service tax (GST) unless otherwise specifically stated.
