What Happens if My Plane Doesn’t Arrive at KLIA/KLIA2 on Time?

Don’t worry about your plane arriving at the airport early or late. We track flight arrival times and check when a flight will arrive before leaving for an airport transfer. Your KLIA limo will arrive at the airport around the same time that you do. All we need is the right flight number, so please be sure to give us the correct one.

What Services are on Offer?

Our KLIO limo airport transfer service will see you taken from KLIA or KLIA2 airport to your hotel in style. Our drivers know the area well and will be happy to make recommendations for you, or they can just take you straight to the event that you’re attending. What you get out of our chauffeurs depends on what you need out of them.

What Cars are Available?

We have a wide range of vehicles suited to any size party. We can provide a car to match your needs whether you’re by yourself, with your family, or travelling as a business group. As well as the KLIA limo service, we offer a range of coaches and other private cars such as Mercedes’ and Toyotas.

How are Drivers Hired and Screened?

An important part of any airport transfer is being able to trust your driver. We want our clients to feel safe. All our drivers are hand-picked and interviewed in person. They are subjected to background checks and road tests as well. Our drivers are some of the best around.

How Long do I Have to Meet the Chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs will wait for up to 60 minutes (or 90 minutes for international arrivals that need to pass through customs) for free to give you ample time to collect your luggage and meet your airport transfer chauffeur.

Does the Driver take the Scenic Route?

We determine our KLIA limo rates based on a straightforward airport transfer from point A to point B. Our chauffeurs follow a direct route to provide you with a fast and affordable service. With that said, we can still make accommodations for alternate routes if there is something you want to see on the way. Please note that we apply standard hourly rates and minimums for alternate routes.

Where Will I Meet my KLIA Limo Chauffeur?

Your chauffeur can be found in the arrival hall holding a greeting sign with your name on it. We will confirm meeting places during the reservation.

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

  • We accept cancellations through office telephone and email.
  • We also have a mobile number for after-hours changes.
  • Please note that charges will still apply after a cancellation is made.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service time are charged the full amount.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service time are charged half the reservation amount.
  • Cancellations made within 96 hours of the service time are charged 30% of the reservation amount, while cancellations made after 96 hours of the scheduled service are charged 5% of the reservation amount.
  • Clients that fail to show up for their airport transfer are charged the full amount, so be sure to inform us of any changes and cancellations well ahead of time.

Do you have a Change Policy?

We request changes be made through email at least 12 hours before scheduled service time, but allow for 24 hours for events. Changes can’t be made with your KLIA limo driver, and instead must be made with us directly. If you end up cancelling your service because we are unable to accommodate a change then you are charged the full price of the order.

When does my Credit Card get Charged?

Credit cards are charged during the booking based on the kind of car and the length of the booking. Additional charges are handled upon completion of the airport transfer, including applicable extras such as fees, tolls, and additional KMs.

Are Child Seats Provided?

Child seats can be provided with our airport transfers service, but we request that clients specify the age of the child and the number of seats they require during the reservation process. This is because there are many different sized child seats. The “Special requirements/instructions” section of the reservation form is where you can put this information.

Do I Receive a Receipt?

Once the airport transfer is completed you will be emailed a detailed receipt.

Will my Chauffeur Expect a Tip?

Tipping your chauffeur is entirely voluntary. If you wish to reward your driver for their service, then the common tip in Malaysia is between 5 and 10 percent. It’s up to you if you wish to tip the driver however.

Am I Able to Place, Change, or Cancel Reservations Through the Chauffeur?

Any changes or cancellations to your KLIA limo service are handled through emails and telephone. If you wish to change your order after you are picked up then you can give our bookings department a call or ask the driver to call us for you.

When Should I Make a Reservation?

The availability of our airport transfer services change on a daily basis. That’s why we recommend making your reservation as soon as the date and time of your journey are confirmed. This is important if there is a trade show at the time of your journey as those are generally busy times for us and we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
