Cancellation Policy / 取消條例

Cancellations are accepted by email (inquiry.merryworld@gmail.com) and phone (Tel: +603.9075.6992) only. Urgent after-hour changes can be made by phone (Tel: +603.9075.6992).

For vehicles online bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged the full reservation amount, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reservation amount, cancellations made within 96 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 30% of the reservation amount, while cancellations made after 96 hours of scheduled service time will be charged 5% of the reservation amount. Cancellations made after 96 hours for online booking will be charged 10% of the reservation amount.

No-shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
